    Excellent service and staff with perfect manners..we needed a doctor and he was immeditately available, was in the room 5 minutes from calling

    inside the rooms you can hear what is going on outside, probably no heavy thick doors.

    Recommend it for families with children

    The staff really make this place what it is, they're so friendly, always greeting you with a smile. Estafanos was a gem at dinner, showing us all the desserts, and Deia made sure we had the best juices every day.

    It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable, given the overall experience.

    The beach was fine, and I loved the variety of delicious food at dinner each night. The outdoor pool and the spa services really helped me unwind after a long day of exploring. The WiFi was spotty at times, but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment 🌊

    Horrible service, staff not trained and very rude, basic food at restaurants no varieties and waiters don't even know what they are serving. Recheck the cheques you are signing they might make you sign on something twice. Red Sea is a gorgeous vacation destination just avoid this hotel.
